Research

(1) 分子/纳米材料的自组装行为

      采用和发展计算模拟方法,研究多肽、蛋白质、聚合物、双亲分子、纳米颗粒等的自组装行为,揭示生命体系及材料科学中的自组装分子机制,为致病机理、材料设计等领域研究提供帮助。

(2) 纳米-生物相互作用

      采用计算模拟及增强采样方法,研究纳米体系(自组装纳米结构、零/一/二维纳米材料、DNA and RNA Origami、超分子笼等)与脂质膜及膜蛋白之间的相互作用,为纳米体系的生物应用提供微观见解。
