 研究方向 

      计算软凝聚态物理:采用和发展计算模拟方法及机器学习算法,探究石油、聚合物、生物膜、蛋白质等软凝聚态体系中的物理现象及分子机制。通过对软凝聚态物质中复杂分子间相互作用的深入理解,为油气资源开发、功能材料设计、生物物理等领域发展提供助力。具体研究课题包括:

      1. 稠油致黏、降黏机理及油田化学剂分子设计

      稠油是我国重要的非常规油气资源,稠油高黏特性为其高效开发带来巨大挑战。我们通过量子化学计算、分子动力学模拟方法,研究稠油模型中各组分间相互作用,揭示稠油微观聚集结构及剪切响应特征,深入认识稠油致黏机理;在此基础上,探索稠油降黏剂的降黏机制,开展稠油降黏剂的分子设计。



      2. 生物膜、蛋白质动态结构与功能

      生物膜是细胞的屏障,其胞吞、胞吐行为是生命活动的基本保障;蛋白质通过结构的动态变化实现生理功能。我们采用分子动力学模拟方法,探究生物膜、蛋白质的动态结构与功能,如α-Syn与生物膜相互作用、生物膜重塑等,为理解生命机制、认识致病机理等提供理论线索。



      3. 聚合物微观结构与物性调控

      聚合物在油气开采、电池、微胶囊、分离膜等领域有着广泛的应用,聚合物的微观结构、流变性、力学性质等直接决定其应用性能。我们采用分子动力学模拟及介观模拟方法,围绕聚合物大分子的自组装、相变、流变行为等开展理论研究;目标结合机器学习算法,针对具体应用场景,开展聚合物材料的分子设计。




      4. 海洋防污机理

      在海洋环境中,贻贝、细菌等附着在舰船及光学器件表面,导致海洋服役材料污损,造成重大经济损失。我们采用量子化学计算和分子动力学模拟方法,探究贻贝足蛋白、细菌等在材料表面的粘附行为,目标为海洋防污涂层设计提供理论依据;此外,基于蛋白粘附机理,开展仿生材料设计。
